Zuzanna is a dedicated counsellor who works with children, young people, and adults, offering compassionate and professional support across a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. She provides a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly heard, valued, and understood. Many describe her sessions as life changing, with feedback consistently highlighting her ability to listen deeply, empathise, and help clients make lasting progress.

She holds a BPS accredited BSc (Hons) in Psychology and completed a Postgraduate Counselling Certificate at the University of Edinburgh, which led to a COSCA Counselling Skills Certificate. She is in the final stage of a Level 11 Postgraduate Diploma in CBT and Groupwork and is also completing a BPS-accredited Master’s in Forensic Psychology. As a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS), Zuzanna is committed to the highest professional standards and has set her sights on completing a Doctorate in Forensic Psychology in the future.

Alongside counselling, Zuzanna works with Rainbow Medical Group, where she carries out ADHD assessments and screenings under the guidance of their psychiatric team. She also holds a Pearson accredited certificate the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS), an ADHD Awareness Diploma, and a Certificate in Self-Harm and Suicide Awareness and Prevention. This specialist training allows her to provide sensitive and informed support for neurodivergent clients and those facing complex mental health challenges.

In her therapeutic practice, Zuzanna integrates Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Person-Centred approaches, adapting her work to the unique needs of each client. She emphasises the importance of developing practical coping skills that can be applied beyond the therapy room into daily life, empowering clients to make meaningful and sustainable changes.

Zuzanna’s commitment to professional development is continuous – she advances her knowledge through postgraduate training, clinical supervision, and specialist certifications, ensuring her clients receive high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based care.
