Wendy is a warm, friendly, and approachable counsellor whose aim is to help people make sense of what’s going on in their lives.

She understands there are many reasons you are considering starting counselling. You may feel stuck, lost, overwhelmed, anxious, lonely, or low — or perhaps you are coping with a significant life change, loss, health issues, trauma, or simply the ups and downs of everyday life.

Wendy believes that whatever has brought you to counselling is valid, and every person’s situation is completely unique.

“Counselling isn’t about fixing you — because you were never broken to begin with.”

Wendy works from a person-centred approach, offering a safe, calm, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore the challenges they are facing and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

Put simply, Wendy will ask, “How are you?” and provide a gentle, supportive space where clients can share whatever they are feeling, openly and honestly, without fear of judgement or having their emotions dismissed or minimised.
