Victoria is a counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. She supports people with their mental health and wellbeing, using a mix of different approaches to suit each person. She has a Level 7 (Master’s Level) Postgraduate degree in Counselling Children and Young People from the University of Northampton.

She has worked with children and young people/ adults (aged 5-25), families, schools, and organisations across the charity and public sectors, including supporting looked after children and working within Black communities. Victoria brings a strong awareness of culture, identity, and lived experience into her work, creating a space where people feel seen, understood, and respected. She also offers parent support sessions, helping parents and carers better understand and support their children’s emotional wellbeing.

Victoria takes a kind and practical approach, helping people make sense of their thoughts and feelings using approaches like Person-Centred Therapy, CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Psychodynamic, and Systemic work. She also uses creative therapy methods when helpful, such as activities or different ways of expressing emotions, to make it easier for people to open up and explore what they are going through.

Victoria has lots of experience working in real-life settings, including schools and community spaces. She has also delivered workshops and talks on mental health, identity, wellbeing, and resilience, helping people and teams learn how to manage stress and challenges in everyday life, and recently spoke at the BACP CYP and Families Conference 2026.

She cares deeply about making mental health support feel safe and accessible. Her style is warm, honest, and down-to-earth. She is not afraid to talk about difficult topics and supports people to work through things at their own pace. Whether someone is feeling anxious, low, stuck, or having problems with relationships or identity, she offers a safe space to talk and figure things out.

Outside of her work, Victoria enjoys travelling, running with her local run club, and going to the gym. She is also building her community-focused business and supporting wellbeing projects across Northamptonshire.
