Veronica is a warm, welcoming and open minded integrative therapist. She works with children aged 10+, young people and adults offering a supportive and adaptable approach tailored to each individual. Her aim is to help you build self-awareness, resilience and practical strategies to deal with life. 

She has a particular interest in working creatively when it feels like a good fit, using different methods to help clients express themselves in ways that go beyond words. Veronica also has experience working with neurodivergent clients and aims to provide an inclusive, understanding space that respects different ways of thinking, feeling and being.

Veronica works with an awareness of the body gently supporting you to notice physical sensations and how they relate to thoughts and emotions helping to deepen understanding and promote overall wellbeing. 

At the heart of her work is the therapeutic relationship itself. She believes that feeling safe, understood and the ability to connect with one another is an essential part of the process.
