About Sarah

Sarah is an NCPS registered counsellor with over 30 years’ professional experience working in sexual offences and domestic violence within the Metropolitan Police Service and NHS. She also brings lived experience of domestic violence and adverse childhood experiences, which informs her compassionate and authentic approach.

Sarah supports individuals and couples experiencing:

Training & Approach

Sarah is Level 5 Integrative trained, meaning she is trained in Person-Centred, CBT, and Psychodynamic therapy, and she integrates these approaches to suit each individual client. She also works with attachment theory, is trauma-informed, and has additional training in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).

She works collaboratively and intuitively, drawing on the therapeutic approach that best fits the client’s needs, helping them build clarity, confidence, and resilience.
