About Samantha

Samantha is an integrative counsellor registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS). She has spent four years studying towards her Level 4 Diploma in Counselling and works predominantly in palliative and end-of-life care, supporting people with issues surrounding bereavement and loss.

Samantha is currently working towards a certificate in Trauma-Informed Yoga. As part of her practice, she incorporates some body- and breath-based work, such as breathing techniques and rhythmic movement. This approach allows clients to feel empowered in developing a greater sense of calm and reassurance within both the body and mind, both during sessions and outside of them.

Samantha has a medical background and has worked across a variety of rehabilitation settings and services, particularly with adults with neurological differences and disabilities. Through this work, Samantha discovered the importance of how individuals relate to themselves and to their own life story.

She has a particular interest in working with highly sensitive people, ADHD and exceptional experiences.Samantha offers a compassionate and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace and develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
