Sally’s personal experiences growing up with an alcoholic family member inspired her to pursue a career in counselling. Drawing on these experiences, she provides a supportive and understanding environment for her clients to explore their challenges.

She works with clients to identify both past and present issues, as well as unwanted thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, to resolve deep-rooted emotional conflicts. With 14 years of experience in both private and charity sectors, Sally has worked with a broad spectrum of issues. In addition, she has 10 years of specialised experience supporting survivors of childhood sexual abuse. Sally brings a blend of expertise and empathy to her practice, helping individuals, couples, and families navigate complex and often deeply distressing challenges.
Addiction and Substance Misuse Specialisation:
Sally has 30 years of experience in the field of addiction, having worked as both a Therapist and Clinical Lead at a residential addiction rehab. Her extensive experience also includes supporting families affected by addiction. She specialises in addiction recovery and is dedicated to helping clients achieve lasting transformation.
