About Rupinder

Rupinder Kaur is an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist with experience working within NHS and voluntary sector settings.

Rupinder works with people aged 16 years and over, offering an integrative approach that draws on the Person-Centred Approach, CBT and Attachment Theory. She is committed to providing a warm, compassionate, and inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, respected, and supported. Recognising that every person’s experiences are unique, she tailors therapy to each client’s individual needs, goals, and pace. By building a strong therapeutic relationship, Rupinder provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences, develop greater self-awareness, strengthen healthy coping strategies, and work collaboratively towards meaningful and lasting change.

As a multilingual therapist, Rupinder offers counselling in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Nepali, enabling clients to communicate in the language they feel most comfortable using.
