Prossy is a counsellor and psychotherapist with over 11 years of experience. She has extensive experience helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, grief and loss, intimacy issues, and also offers Christ-centred therapy. She works with couples, individuals, and young people. Her motto is to treat everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. She aims to establish a non-judgmental therapeutic relationship characterised by unconditional positive regard and empathy, enabling clients to express their thoughts and feelings in a safe and supportive environment that facilitates healing.
Training, Qualifications & Experience
Prossy holds a Master’s degree in Person-Centred Experiential Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Bachelor’s degree in Humanistic Counselling. She has completed training in the Gottman Method of Couple Therapy and also holds qualifications in Midwifery. She is currently pursuing doctoral research at Loughborough University.
