Phillippa is an NCPS-accredited person-centred counsellor. She is a warm and compassionate practitioner who works with adults, children, and young people from the age of 8. She holds a BSc in Counselling and Psychotherapy from the University of Salford and an MSc in War & Psychiatry from King’s College London. Phillippa has experience working with clients privately, within counselling services, and in schools, and offers both face-to-face and online sessions.

Phillippa provides a supportive and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. While the person-centred approach remains at the heart of her practice, she also integrates techniques and interventions from other modalities, including CBT and somatic therapies, to tailor support to each client’s individual needs. Every session is as unique as the person attending it, and her flexible approach reflects this.

Phillippa is passionate about supporting people on their journey of self-discovery and helping them work through challenges as they arise. She works with a range of issues, including:

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Low self-esteem
  • Grief and bereavement
  • Life stressors
  • Complex relationship dynamics

Her aim is to create a safe, caring, and respectful environment where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they explore and navigate their experiences and perspectives on life.
