Naadiya offers a calm, grounded space where clients can slow down, tune into their inner world, and begin to heal. Her approach is integrative and relational, drawing from parts work, inner child exploration, somatic awareness, creative therapy, and psychodynamic ideas.

Her life experiences — including navigating trauma, grief, family dynamics, identity, and the justice system — have shaped the way she works and deepened her empathy. Naadiya brings this lived understanding alongside professional training to create a space built on honesty, care, and respect.

Therapy with Naadiya is more than just talking. Together with her clients, she explores what feels safe, what feels too much, and what needs to be seen. Sessions may include creative expression or gentle body awareness; at other times, it’s simply about being heard.

Naadiya works with both neurotypical and neurodiverse clients, and with young people aged 14 and over through to adults. She sees therapy as a process of reconnecting with oneself — finding strength, clarity, and compassion — and she believes no one has to do this alone. Naadiya brings an understanding of culture and diversity into her work, recognising that everyone’s experience is shaped by their own unique background and history.
