Monica is a warm, empathetic, and MBACP-registered therapist who offers a safe, supportive space where clients feel truly heard, valued, and understood. With extensive experience and specialist expertise in working with trauma, PTSD, sexual abuse, anxiety, and displacement, Monica brings both professional skill and genuine care to every session.
Her therapeutic approach is person-centred and trauma-informed, rooted in compassion and tailored to meet each individual’s unique needs. She integrates evidence-based practices such as Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and psychoeducation to support clients on their journey toward healing.
Monica is particularly skilled at helping individuals navigate painful experiences that may feel overwhelming to face alone. She works collaboratively and at the client’s pace, supporting them to release the weight of the past, find stability in the present, and build resilience for the future.
Whether someone is struggling with anxiety, processing trauma, or seeking a space to feel safe and seen, Monica is honoured to walk alongside them as they begin their path to healing and personal growth.
