Meg is a warm and approachable therapist who is passionate about supporting people through life’s challenges and helping them reach their full potential. As a BPS-registered practitioner with a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and a Level 4 qualification in Counselling and Psychology, she combines professional knowledge with genuine empathy and care.

Meg works with children and young people who may struggle with big emotions, anxiety, self-esteem, or feeling overwhelmed by the pressures of school, friendships, and growing up. She has a particular focus on helping them develop emotional regulation skills — giving them the tools to understand, manage, and express their feelings in healthier ways. By guiding them through these challenges, Meg supports children and young people in building resilience, improving confidence, and finding positive coping strategies. She also works alongside parents to help them better understand and support their child’s emotional world.

Alongside this, Meg works extensively with adults experiencing stress, anxiety, or low mood. She understands how overwhelming it can feel to juggle responsibilities while managing difficult emotions and unhelpful thought patterns. Through a compassionate and collaborative approach, Meg helps her adult clients challenge negative thinking, reduce feelings of overwhelm, and find healthier ways of coping. She empowers them to build emotional resilience, manage stress more effectively, and reconnect with a sense of balance and self-confidence.

Whether working with children, young people, or adults, Meg offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore challenges at a pace that feels right. Passionate about walking alongside her clients, she is dedicated to helping each person step into the best version of themselves.
