As a mental health practitioner and member of the BPS, I work therapeutically with children, adolescents, and adults under clinical supervision. I hold a five-year Integrated Master’s Degree in Psychology I am currently advancing my clinical expertise through a Postgraduate Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, further developing my competencies in evidence-based interventions.

In addition to formal education, I have completed a range of specialised mental health trainings and engaged in various voluntary roles, reflecting my commitment to continued professional development and community mental health. I believe that at the heart of effective therapy lies a genuine, collaborative, and trusting therapeutic relationship. My practice is guided by empathy, cultural sensitivity, professional integrity, and a deep respect for each individual’s lived experience.

My professional experience spans diverse settings and populations. I have worked as a psychologist in a children’s residential home, supporting young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. I have conducted comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations, helping to inform treatment planning and multi-agency care strategies. These experiences have strengthened my clinical formulation skills and my ability to tailor interventions to the specific needs and goals of each client.

I have also served as a crisis counsellor, offering immediate psychological support during periods of acute distress. My work includes supporting individuals living with a broad spectrum of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders and neurodevelopmental differences including ADHD and autism spectrum conditions. My work is rooted in the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach, and I also draw on other modalities, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), to meet clients’ individual needs.
