About Leanne
Leanne is a compassionate and dedicated Registered BACP Person-Centred Counsellor who offers warm, safe, and non-judgemental support to children aged 5+, young people, and adults. She believes deeply in each person’s capacity for growth and healing, and she creates a therapeutic environment where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and empowered.
With over 15 years of experience supporting emotional, social, and mental wellbeing across educational, community, and mental health settings, Leanne brings a trauma-informed, client-led approach grounded in empathy and authenticity. Her work with diverse age groups has given her a strong understanding of developmental needs, life transitions, and the different ways children, young people, and adults express and process their experiences.
Leanne offers a calm and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at their own pace. She supports individuals to build confidence, strengthen resilience, and develop healthy coping strategies—whether they are navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, relationship challenges, or periods of change.
Guided by each client’s unique experiences and individual goals, Leanne’s approach is always attuned, responsive, and sensitive. She is committed to fostering personal growth, emotional wellbeing, and self-discovery, helping clients reconnect with their strengths and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
