Kirstie’s practice is based on the belief that people have the answers to their difficulties within themselves and can be supported to identify how to address the challenges they are experiencing. She therefore has a collaborative approach and the strength in the relationship with her clients and connection is key to helping them move forward.

Sometimes the way forward can feel hidden, making it difficult to tackle challenges. The circumstances you find yourself in can make you feel any number of emotions; maybe you feel overwhelmed, numb, frustrated, hopeless, stuck or disconnected. Seeking support can be a brave step forward, and Kirstie creates a comfortable environment for clients once they have made that leap.

Kirstie is warm, empathetic, kind and able to support clients to explore their emotions and find ways to unblock their thinking, make sense of their experiences or manage their distress. She works with young people (11+) and adults who are experiencing

  • Anxiety
  • Low mood and depression
  • Burnout
  • Grief
  • Identity concerns
  • Life transitions
  • Relationship challenges
  • Self-esteem or self-doubt

Kirstie is a BACP-registered integrative therapist with a person-centred core. This means that she draws upon different models of therapy to explain the difficulties people are experiencing and find the most appropriate strategies to navigate them.
