Therapeutic Philosophy
Kirsten believes that emotional wellbeing is just as vital as physical health. She understands that every person’s life is a complex tapestry of past experiences and present challenges, and that at times anyone can feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of the way forward. Whether someone is facing unexpected life changes, long-standing patterns that no longer serve them, or the ongoing weight of anxiety or depression, Kirsten offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space in which to explore these experiences.
Therapeutic Approach
Trained as a psychodynamic counsellor, Kirsten works by helping clients reflect on their early experiences and recognise how these may influence current thoughts, feelings, and relationships. Kirsten uses elements of psychotherapy, person centered and integrative modalities to meet her clients’ needs.
