Kiran is an integrative therapist who offers a calm, reflective space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. She believes therapy should honour each person’s individuality, allowing room for insight and growth. Her approach is warm and grounded, creating an atmosphere where clients feel safe to speak honestly and begin to make sense of what they’re going through at a pace that feels right.

Therapeutic Approach

At the heart of Kiran’s work is the therapeutic relationship, built on trust and openness. She works integratively, drawing from Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Attachment Theory. Together, this supports a space where thoughts, emotions, and relational patterns can be explored, while gently considering how past experiences may be shaping the present.

Sessions may involve reflective conversation and emotional exploration, while at other times blending practical tools and strategies to help understand patterns, manage triggers, and develop coping skills. Kiran encourages both collaboration and autonomy within therapy — recognising that you are the expert on your own life. She works collaboratively with clients, shaping therapy around their individual needs and goals. Her role is to walk alongside you, supporting greater self-awareness, confidence, and sustainable change.

Kiran holds a BSc (Hons) in Psychology with Criminology (BPS-accredited) and a Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. She is currently completing her MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP-accredited). She is a Student Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a Graduate Member of the British Psychological Society (BPS). Alongside her counselling training, she has strong experience supporting individuals within mental health services, bringing a thoughtful and ethical awareness to her work.
