Kiran is a Person-Centred Psychotherapist and Counsellor with a Level 7 qualification and over three years of experience supporting young people aged 12+ and adults. As a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), Kiran works in accordance with the BACP Ethical Framework, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, respect, confidentiality, and compassionate care.
Kiran aims to provide a warm, safe, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, understood, and supported. Using a person-centred approach, she works collaboratively with clients, empowering them to explore their experiences at their own pace and move towards greater self-awareness, healing, and emotional wellbeing.
With experience working in a trauma-informed way, Kiran offers thoughtful support to individuals navigating a range of challenges, including trauma, bereavement and loss, anxiety, depression, low mood, and the impact of medical diagnoses. She also has experience supporting children and young people experiencing complex trauma.
Kiran offers counselling in fluent English and Punjabi, as well as Hindi and Urdu, helping clients feel comfortable expressing themselves in the language that feels most natural to them.
