Jeannette is an integrative counsellor who works with both adults and children, including young people . She employs various approaches in her practice, including person-centred therapy, gestalt therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness -based interventions , transactional analysis, art therapy, and solution-focused therapy, all tailored to meet the specific needs of her clients.
Jeannette possesses extensive experience in her field and has supported clients facing challenges such as stress, depression, abuse, anorexia, trauma , addiction, low self esteem, and bereavement, in addition to providing couples and family therapy. She has also worked with individuals dealing with OCD, and anxiety. Furthermore, she has experience working with clients who have learning disabilities, dyslexia, and autism.
She adheres within the ethical guidelines of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), ensuring that client information remains confidential.
