Jayna is a person-centred and CBT therapist working with children, young people, and adults. She is currently completing a degree in Psychology and Criminology, deepening her understanding of human behaviour, mental health, and the impact of life experiences on wellbeing. Jayna offers a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels right for them.
Jayna works with a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, stress, trauma, bereavement, and negative thinking patterns. She understands that every individual’s experiences are unique and believes therapy should be tailored to the person, not the problem. Drawing on person-centred principles, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, Jayna works collaboratively with clients to help them build self-awareness, develop healthier coping strategies, and create meaningful change.
Jayna is passionate about supporting children and young people, helping them to understand and manage anxiety, navigate life’s challenges, and build emotional resilience. She also works with adults seeking support with stress, life transitions, trauma, and unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour.
