About Jane
Jane is an integrative therapist who draws on both person-centred and psychodynamic approaches. She believes that the self is formed and shaped through relationships, and this understanding informs her therapeutic work. Her aim is to support clients in developing greater self-awareness through open, reflective dialogue within the counselling relationship.
Jane offers a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore the issues they choose to bring. She provides an empathic and genuine presence, creating a trusting and non-judgemental environment that allows clients to make sense of their experiences. Her goal is to help each person feel understood and accepted, supporting them in developing a more integrated and authentic sense of self.
