Jag is a CPCAB qualified person-centred therapist that uses an integrative approach in supporting clients on their journey towards self-growth and development. She offers tailored support based on individual needs. Jag works with clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and beliefs in a safe environment without feeling the need to conform or censor anything they are sharing. Her role is to support clients to make sense of what is happening in their lives whilst offering an accepting, non-judgemental environment. Jag has experience of supporting clients as they tackle some of life’s most difficult periods and many battles and challenges.
