Jack is a Cognitive Behavioural therapist who brings a collaborative, compassionate, and evidence-based approach to therapy. He believes in working alongside clients to help them better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, to foster lasting change and improve emotional wellbeing.

He was trained in CBT over a two-year Master’s degree in Psychological Therapies at the University of Edinburgh, specialising in adapting CBT for children and young people. He also holds a BSc in Applied Psychology and is a graduate member of both the British Psychological Society (GMBPsS) and the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI). Jack is currently working towards full accreditation with the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) under accredited clinical supervision.

Jack works with both young people and adults, tailoring CBT interventions to meet the unique needs of each client. His approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and grounded in up-to-date clinical research.
