Ivaneta is a registered pluralistic counsellor who believes that no two people are the same, and neither is their path to healing. She works collaboratively with clients to create a therapeutic relationship where they feel safe enough to explore their experiences, make sense of their emotions, and work towards meaningful change.
Her approach is compassionate, curious, and tailored to each individual, drawing on a range of evidence-based therapies, including person-centred counselling, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed practice. Ivaneta believes that clients are the experts in their own lives, and therapy works best when it is built around their unique needs, strengths, and goals.
