Her counselling style is rooted in Person-Centred practice, enriched with psychoeducation, attachment theory, and the Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM). This integrative approach enables Helen to tailor her work to each individual, providing both a compassionate presence and practical resources to support lasting change. In addition to counselling, Helen also offers life coaching, empowering clients to set goals, overcome obstacles, and create meaningful personal and professional growth.

Helen has significant experience in working with trauma, including supporting people affected by childhood sexual abuse, sexual trauma, PTSD, Complex PTSD (CPTSD), and Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID). She also works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, stress-related issues, insomnia, personality disorders, and anger management difficulties.
