As a member of the BACP, Grace is a warm and friendly Integrative Therapist and Health Care Professional with an understanding of, and appreciation for, the interplay between physiological and psychological wellbeing. This is reflected in her holistic therapeutic approach which not only incorporates the psychotherapeutic modalities of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Person Centred Therapy (PCT) and Attachment Theory (AT), but is also heavily informed by her clinical knowledge base. Her practice is therefore compassionate, client centred, directive and goal oriented, enabling and indeed empowering her clients to take the lead for their own personal growth and self-actualisation.
