About Grace

Grace is a warm, empathetic, and BACP-registered Person-Centred Counsellor, dedicated to supporting people aged 12 and above through life’s challenges. She offers a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can feel truly heard, valued, and understood. Her approach is rooted in compassion and inclusivity, empowering individuals to embrace growth, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.

Her path into counselling was inspired by her earlier career in the performing arts industry, where she developed a deep appreciation for people’s stories, struggles, and resilience. Motivated by her passion for supporting others, Grace retrained as a therapist and now brings both professional expertise and lived experience into her practice. She has particular experience working with performers, the LGBTQIA+ community, and neurodiverse clients, offering an affirming space where every individual can feel accepted for who they are.

Therapeutic Approach

Grace works from a Person-Centred foundation, providing empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard. She does not offer opinions or advice; instead, she believes that by working together, clients can develop and trust their own thoughts and choices. This empowers individuals to build confidence in their decision-making and sense of self.

Grace adapts her style to each person’s unique needs, offering a consistent and supportive presence that helps clients explore their experiences, strengthen self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.
