Emily is a qualified practitioner with a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice and Hypnotherapy. She is an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society and a registered member of the National Hypnotherapy Society.

As a person-centred counsellor, Emily provides a safe, welcoming, and non-judgemental space where clients feel heard, seen, and valued. She works at a pace that suits each individual, focusing on the areas that matter most to them. With a strong commitment to empathy and acceptance, Emily supports her clients in exploring their thoughts and emotions, creating the space for personal insight and emotional growth.

With over 20 years’ experience as a people manager, Emily has a strong background in coaching and supporting others in their personal and professional growth. She has also facilitated and delivered mental health training in corporate settings, helping to create healthier and more resilient workplaces.
