About Dima
As a Psychology graduate and Certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) Hypnotherapist. Dima believes that true transformation lies in reaching the roots of a problem, not just managing its symptoms.
Dima helps clients understand the hidden rules their minds have been following for years. Rather than viewing anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing, or emotional numbness as identity traits, she helps clients uncover the survival beliefs that created them in the first place. Drawing on psychology and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), her work explores how early experiences, unconscious beliefs, and modern challenges such as dopamine overstimulation shape the way we think, feel, and relate to ourselves.
Every session is designed to meet the client where they are, whether that means processing emotions they’ve been carrying throughout the week, exploring trauma cards that help bring language to experiences that once felt difficult to name, or engaging in psychoeducation around boundaries, cognitive distortions, and personal values. Dima combines a person-centred approach with practical exercises and gently challenges clients when they are ready. This creates a space for both emotional processing and comfort zone expansion.
An Invitation
What if your mind could become your greatest ally, your biggest cheerleader, and begin working in your favor?
Dima invites you to become curious about your inner world. Rather than judging or trying to push away the parts of yourself that feel anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck, you’ll be invited to understand the role they have been trying to play and what they may have been protecting all along.
When important emotional needs go unmet for long periods, we often develop beliefs about ourselves and the world that help us adapt to the drought, but stop us from seeking the oasis. As we help the mind understand which programming is no longer needed, we create space for something new. Guided by the brain’s remarkable capacity for neuroplasticity, Dima believes that the mind has the ability to unlearn and relearn.
At the heart of Dima’s work is helping clients cultivate a deep sense of trust within themselves. As the mind learns that you will no longer abandon yourself and can respond to your own needs, fear, overthinking, and anger begin to loosen their grip. Experience & Training
