Chelle is a BCSc Hons qualified integrative counsellor currently working towards BACP-accreditation and supporting both individuals and couples. She offers a compassionate, down-to-earth approach, combining psychodynamic and person-centred, therapies, while also integrating other modalities, CBT Techniques, holistic and eco-therapies to support people through life’s challenges. Her aim is to provide a safe and welcoming space where clients feel free to talk openly and begin the process of healing and growth.
Her passion for therapy comes from a heart-felt belief that everyone deserves the chance to understand themselves better, work through difficulties, and find new ways to build happier and more connected lives. Whether working with individuals or couples, Chelle, prioritises the therapeutic relationship you’ll build together, walking alongside her clients with warmth and empathy, helping them make sense of both present struggles and past experiences that continue to shape their lives today.
How She Works
Chelle, takes a flexible, relational approach to therapy. She draws on the strengths of Person-Centred Therapy with Psychodynamic understanding, and her experience of Couples/Relationship and Holistic Therapies to shape sessions around each client’s unique needs. This means she doesn’t believe in “one size fits all,” but instead works together with clients to uncover what feels most helpful for them.
Clients often describe her as someone who truly listens and creates a safe, supportive environment where they can explore feelings, develop self-awareness, develop sustainable coping techniques and move towards lasting change.
