Cara is a BACP registered integrative counsellor who provides a client-centred support tailored to each individual. Her counselling practice is rooted in Person-Centred Therapy and draws on Transactional Analysis, Gestalt, Polyvagal theory, Attachment theory, and where appropriate, elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (СВТ).
