Beth is a warm, compassionate, qualified counsellor with a degree in psychology and is a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) working with individual adults aged 18 and over.
Beth understands how difficult and daunting it can be to reach out for help, so she aims to provide you with a welcoming, safe, comfortable and non-judgemental space where you are able to freely explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Beth works in a person-centred, collaborative way where she will support you to be able to work through your feelings and emotions, helping you gain clarity and a better understanding of yourself through the process. You may be feeling anxious, low, stressed or overwhelmed by life at the moment and that the people around you don’t understand, Or perhaps you are looking to explore past experiences that are having an impact on your day to day life or relationships.
By putting you at the centre of your work together, Beth hopes to gently guide you through these difficult times, making you feel understood, accepted and less alone, so that you can leave the counselling process with self-awareness, emotional resilience and able to move through life more authentically.
Beth is known for her gentle and calm approach, offering genuine empathy, understanding and openness to every client throughout their counselling journey with her. She believes that every persons voice and experiences deserve to be heard, so she aims to ensure that every client feels supported and truly seen.
She understands that everybody is different and not one size fits all so works in an adaptable way to tailor the counselling to suit each individuals needs.

Qualifications and background
- Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling
- BSc (Hons) Psychology
Beth has had previous experience working as an Assistant Psychologist whilst studying for her Psychology degree within both inpatient and outpatient settings across a range of mental health difficulties.
