Bec is an adult (18+) and couples counsellor, known for her calm, down-to-earth approach and her ability to help people feel safe and understood. She has trained and worked with Relate, giving her solid experience in supporting couples through a wide range of relationship challenges – from communication difficulties to building trust, navigating conflict, or finding their way back to each other after a difficult period.

Bec is currently completing the Compassionate Inquiry professional training developed by Dr Gabor Maté. This approach helps her support couples in understanding what sits beneath their reactions, emotions and relationship patterns. Her style is not about labels or jargon; instead, she focuses on real conversations, genuine connections, and helping partners understand each other more clearly.

In her sessions, Bec creates a space where both individuals feel heard, respected and supported. She believes that every relationship has the potential to grow and works alongside couples to help them reconnect, communicate more openly, and build stronger and more honest relationships.

Bec is professionally registered with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society.
