Ash is a warm and thoughtful integrative psychotherapist who works with adults aged 18 and over. She believes that therapy works best when people feel genuinely heard, accepted and free from judgment. She understands that reaching out for support can feel daunting and offers a calm and respectful space where clients can explore what is bringing them to therapy at their own pace.

Ash works integratively, drawing from Person Centred Therapy, CBT and Attachment Theory. This approach supports clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and relationship patterns while also recognising how past experiences may be shaping present difficulties.
Her work is compassion focused and trauma informed. Ash prioritises emotional safety, collaboration and client autonomy while respecting each client’s choices, boundaries and pace.
