Amy is currently training in Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy (Adult) at the University of Derby, having previously completed her Bachelor’s degree at Keele University in 2022. As part of her professional training, she delivers Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with My Solution Wellbeing, working under regular clinical supervision in line with best practice guidelines.

Amy’s therapeutic approach is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect. She is committed to working in an evidence-based and client-centred manner, supporting individuals to feel heard, understood, and actively involved in their therapy journey.

She is a student member of the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and is dedicated to maintaining high professional and ethical standards. Amy places strong emphasis on reflective practice and ongoing professional development.

Amy brings valuable experience from working with students in the Seychelles, supporting individuals facing a range of social and emotional challenges. She has also worked alongside school counsellors, broadening her understanding of diverse needs and effective supportive interventions.
