Our 2-Phase Mental Health Assessment Journey with My Solution Wellbeing
At My Solution Wellbeing, we offer a structured and supportive mental health assessment pathway designed to provide a clear understanding of your emotional wellbeing and identify the most effective next steps. Our two-phase approach ensures that each person is assessed holistically, with care and recommendations tailored to your individual needs.
Your Pre-Assessment will be assessed at Triage in order for us to allocate the specialist Doctors to work with you.
Your 2 Phase Journey with My Solution Wellbeing
Phase 1: Pre-Assessment – £250
This is a 50-minute session, held either online or face-to-face, with one of our experienced Assistant Psychologists or Counsellors.
During this session, we focus on:
- Exploring your current mental health concerns
- Understanding your personal history and background
- Identifying key challenges and support needs
- Gathering information about lifestyle, coping strategies, and goals
This session allows us to build a full picture of your wellbeing and ensures that we can guide you toward the most appropriate support pathway within our service.
All information from the Pre-Assessment is reviewed by our clinical team, who will provide clear feedback and suggest suitable next steps based on your needs.
Phase 2: Comprehensive Mental Health Assessment – £850 (Adults) / £895 (Children)
This is a 90-minute, in-depth mental health assessment, offered either online or in person, and led by a senior clinician within our team.
During this session, we take a deeper look at:
- Your emotional and psychological wellbeing
- Patterns of thought, behaviour, and experience
- Current stressors or life events impacting your mental health
- Any previous assessments or support you’ve received
The goal is to develop a deeper understanding of your mental health and provide you with a personalised care plan that may include therapy, counselling, lifestyle recommendations, or onward referral where appropriate.
Disclaimer: In complex cases, or when clinical judgements indicate, we may not be able to provide a diagnosis. In such instances, we will clearly communicate this to the patient and provide guidance on alternative options.
